These terms govern your use of GetMyHotels — our website, mobile apps, AI assistant, and booking services. Please read them carefully.
By creating a GetMyHotels account, making a booking, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and GetMyHotels B.V. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to book through GetMyHotels.
GetMyHotels is an online travel marketplace. We do not own the hotels, flights, transfers or experiences you book through us. We act as an intermediary between you and independent suppliers. Each booking is subject to the terms of the underlying supplier in addition to these terms.
When you confirm a booking, you enter into a contract with the supplier (hotel, airline, transfer operator). GetMyHotels collects payment on behalf of the supplier and issues you a confirmation.
You are responsible for verifying that the names, dates, and contact details you supply are correct. Charges may apply for changes; in some cases changes are not possible after confirmation.
Prices are shown in your preferred currency. Currency conversions, taxes, and local fees may appear on your card statement differently than quoted due to exchange rates and bank policies.
Each rate has its own cancellation policy, displayed clearly before you confirm. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled for a refund after booking.
Flexible rates can be cancelled up to the deadline shown at checkout. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If a supplier cancels or cannot honour your booking, we will work to find an equivalent alternative or refund you in full. We are not responsible for costs beyond the booking amount itself.
You may not use GetMyHotels to commit fraud, make speculative or duplicate bookings, scrape pricing data, reverse-engineer the service, or impersonate another person.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetMyHotels is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a booking is capped at the total amount you paid for that booking.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Amsterdam, unless consumer protection rules in your country of residence require otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in the courts of your country of residence where local law gives you that right.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you by email or through the app. Your continued use of the service after the update counts as acceptance of the revised terms.
